If Trap Tracker is used as part of a research study, report, or publication, users agree to:
- Acknowledge Trap Tracker in the methodology
- Include members of the Conservation AI Research Group as collaborators or co-authors where appropriate
Suggested citation text can be provided on request.
4.2 Funded Projects
Where Trap Tracker is used within funded research, we request that:
- The Conservation AI Research Group is costed into the project
- Funding supports continued development and maintenance
4.3 REF Impact Case Studies
By using Trap Tracker, users agree that:
- Outputs from projects involving Trap Tracker may be referenced in future REF impact case studies
- This use will be non-commercial and appropriately anonymised where required
4.4 Intellectual Property
- Users retain ownership of their data and research outputs
- The software, models, and underlying methods remain the intellectual property of the Conservation AI Research Group
